Nelda is the founder and producing broker of Prince Benefits Group, a leading company in the benefits industry. Raised in the Rio Grande Valley, she developed a strong work ethic and leadership skills early on, earning a basketball scholarship to Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX.
In 1994, Nelda began her career with Aetna, offering a strong foundation in the health insurance industry.
In 2002, she founded Prince Benefits Group with a client-centered approach, focusing on providing valuable benefits with a personal touch. Her leadership has kept the company at the forefront of the industry, adapting to challenges while prioritizing client needs. Nelda's core values of integrity, hard work, and dedication extend into her personal life, where she actively contributes to her community through charitable efforts. Looking ahead, Nelda aims to expand the company's impact, continuing to offer innovative solutions and maintaining Prince Benefits Group's position as an industry leader.

With over 30 years of experience in administration, Todd brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to Prince Benefits Group.
As a dedicated partner, he understands the complexities behind managing people and implementing strategy. Todd's hardworking and team-oriented approach fosters collaboration and drives success across all areas of the firm.
Todd also holds a Master's degree in Education and graduated from Schreiner University, where he earned a basketball scholarship.

Trey is a graduate of Lamar University and served in the US Army Reserve, experiences that have further shaped his strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and commitment to service.
